What is Strategic Sourcing?

Strategic Sourcing is a process to drive cost savings, to identify and mitigate potential risks of all spend categories, through optimum products / services / suppliers selection, negotiation and contracting process.

Our Sourcing process

We provide supplier quotation evaluation based on agreed KPIs measurement tools and will suggest strategic recommendations for review, set and agree on negotiation strategy with your team. We will support you in completing negotiations and closing deals while continuing to assess purchasing activity and performance to deliver long-term, sustainable and measurable savings.

We also set a steps by steps action roadmap to ensure successful implementation to capitalize on all estimated cost savings.
